Mercy is jumping to some pretty severe conclusions here. Maybe they're just in a
dimension where hair and clothing are woven out of asbestos. When she wakes up the
next day with lung problems, she'll be sorry she didn't combust. Or maybe this is
all just the Universe's way to tell you to not doubt captured princess-esq ladies. They
either have powers or are watched over by wizards and dragons happy to step on you.
